These Terms of Use govern your use of the HomeViewings platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

1. About HomeViewings

HomeViewings is a property viewing management platform designed to help estate agents manage viewings, schedules, staff access, owner updates, and related communications.

HomeViewings does not act as an estate agent, booking agent, or intermediary and does not guarantee the completion, attendance, or outcome of any viewing.

2. Account responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • All activity carried out under your account
  • Ensuring staff and users you invite use the platform appropriately
  • Keeping your login details secure

We are not responsible for unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect account credentials.

3. Use of the service

You agree to use HomeViewings:

  • For lawful business purposes only
  • In accordance with all applicable UK laws and regulations
  • In a way that does not disrupt or damage the platform or other users

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if the service is misused.

4. Availability and technical limitations

HomeViewings is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

While we aim to provide a reliable service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from bugs, delays, or technical issues.

From time to time, maintenance, updates, or unexpected faults may affect availability.

5. Bookings, notifications, and data accuracy

HomeViewings assists with organising viewings and sending notifications, but:

  • We do not guarantee that emails or reminders will be received, opened, or acted upon
  • We are not responsible for missed appointments, cancellations, or lack of feedback
  • Responsibility for verifying bookings and attendance remains with the estate agent

All data entered into the system is your responsibility. You must ensure its accuracy.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • HomeViewings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss
  • This includes loss of business, revenue, profit, reputation, data, or opportunity
  • We are not liable for any loss arising from system errors, downtime, or third-party services

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to HomeViewings in the previous 12 months.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded under UK law.

7. Payments, trials, and subscriptions

  • All subscriptions are billed monthly unless stated otherwise
  • Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends
  • You may cancel at any time through your account

If the service is suspended or discontinued, any unused subscription period will be refunded on a pro-rata basis where required by law.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access:

  • If these terms are breached
  • If the platform is misused
  • If required for legal or security reasons

We are not liable for any loss resulting from suspension or termination.

9. Intellectual property

All software, branding, content, and materials remain the property of HomeViewings Ltd.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform during your subscription.

10. Changes to the service or terms

We may update the platform or these terms from time to time.

Continued use of HomeViewings after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
