HomeViewings sends the right emails at the right time, automatically:
- Instant request email: When a viewer asks to book a viewing, the owner gets an immediate email asking if the proposed time is suitable.
- Viewer reminder email: Viewers receive an automatic reminder around 2 hours before their viewing, so they are less likely to forget or turn up late.
- Daily owner digest: Owners can receive a daily summary email showing upcoming viewings, any changes, and what happened that day, so they stay updated without lots of separate messages.
Can we brand the system as our own?
Yes. The login page – main dashboard can be white labelled to match your agency branding along with all emails.
Does HomeViewings replace our CRM?
No. It is designed to focus specifically on viewings and scheduling, and can sit alongside your existing systems.
Does it work on mobile and tablets?
Yes. The dashboard is responsive and works across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
