HomeViewings sends the right emails at the right time, automatically:

  • Instant request email: When a viewer asks to book a viewing, the owner gets an immediate email asking if the proposed time is suitable.
  • Viewer reminder email: Viewers receive an automatic reminder around 2 hours before their viewing, so they are less likely to forget or turn up late.
  • Daily owner digest: Owners can receive a daily summary email showing upcoming viewings, any changes, and what happened that day, so they stay updated without lots of separate messages.
